The National Health Insurance Board wishes to advise the public that due to health concerns amid the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the NHIB has implemented a number of protocols for the protection of our customers and staff.
1. No more than 2 customers will be allowed inside the payment and registration area at any given time.
2. All customers hands must be sanitized before entering the office, and we ask that customers make use of our hand sanitizer dispenser at the windows before leaving the office to slow the spread of germs on surfaces and door handles.
3. FACE COVERING MUST BE WORN BY ALL CUSTOMERS who wish to enter the offices of the NHIB.
4. Temporary customer service hours of 9am to 1pm implemented.
